I don’t know how you feel, but one of my ongoing goals (and one that is always included on my vision board) is to improve my health and fitness and, most of the time, shed a few pounds. I was also really scared about writing about it because of all the body-shaming stuff that happens. ![]() ![]() Right, I was hesitant to write a post about weight loss – and especially nervous to write about it in my bullet journal!
